Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding support
- Collaborating with nurses and medical staff on care plans
- Maintaining clean, organized patient environments
- Responding promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
- Supporting end-of-life care with dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
