Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient changes accurately
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
- Night shift availability required
- BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Pass background check and drug screening
