Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional bedside care to patients during overnight hours
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, feeding, and mobility
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing team for seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional communication and observation skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
