Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Administer medications as per state regulations and care plans
- Document care accurately in resident records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to maintain resident safety
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in senior care preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate attitude toward elderly care
