Your Mission
As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients during the critical night hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient symptoms accurately and timely.
- Assist registered nurses with medication administration and medical procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications
- Current and valid California CNA License (State Certified).
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced night shift environment.
