Responsibilities
- Delight patients with attentive personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurately monitor vital signs and document observations in patient records
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Collaborate seamlessly with RNs and healthcare team during shift transitions
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
- Support end-of-life care with dignity and compassion
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (for occasional facility transport)
