Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assistance to patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Nebraska CNA license required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient dignity and respect.
