Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical units during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient vitals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Implement evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for specialized units

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in ICU/ER/Telemetry
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
