Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe movement of patients
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) while maintaining patient dignity
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and equipment
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient care
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
