Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings with evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changing clinical conditions
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO standards and hospital protocols

Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including nights/weekends
