Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident observations
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop care plans
- Document care activities accurately and timely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior nursing experience necessary – training provided
- Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
