Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patients' activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition intake
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Transport patients safely between rooms and facilities
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior healthcare experience required - we provide full training!
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with strong work ethic
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
