Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Support daily living activities such as meal assistance and feeding
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and families
- Document care activities accurately and timely in patient records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – training provided!
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong compassion and desire to help others
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Must obtain Wisconsin CNA certification within 120 days of hire
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
