Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Document patient observations and care provided in medical records
- Support patients with emotional and social well-being activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current California CNA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire)
