Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist patients with mobility and transfer activities using proper techniques
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately
- Support nursing staff with delegated clinical tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – we provide paid training!
- Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain during employment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
