Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and care documentation
- Support patients with mobility, positioning, and transportation needs
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional requirements are met
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Ability to obtain Texas CNA certification (training provided)
