Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
- Support social and recreational activities to enhance patient wellbeing
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas CNA certification or willingness to obtain during paid training
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer skills for documentation
