Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Support patients with nutritional needs and meal services
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Document care activities accurately in patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Current CPR certification (will be provided if not held)
- Ability to pass criminal background check and health screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
