Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Maintain accurate resident records and care documentation
- Support social activities and promote resident independence
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Ability to obtain Colorado CNA certification within 120 days of hire
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
