Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient conditions
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring patients safely
- Support patients with daily activities and maintain clean, organized patient rooms
- Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary – we provide full paid training!
- Current Missouri CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire
- Valid CPR certification (or obtain during training)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and genuine compassion for others
- Must pass background check and drug screening
