Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
- Provide support during meals and ensure proper nutrition
- Help patients with prescribed exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Document patient observations and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate interaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Arizona CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift/move patients and stand for extended periods
