Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Support mobility and transfers with proper body mechanics
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Ensure clean, safe, and comfortable patient environments
- Assist with meals and nutritional support as needed
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior CNA experience necessary – we provide paid training
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient dignity
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
