Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition
- Document care activities accurately and maintain resident records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and well-being
- Support social activities and emotional engagement with residents
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to obtain Florida CNA certification within 90 days of hire
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
