Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Provide mobility assistance and transfer patients safely
- Deliver compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient care plans are followed
- Report patient changes and concerns to medical team promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – we provide paid training!
- Must obtain Arizona CNA certification within 90 days of hire
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
