Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nighttime care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, medication administration, and resident conditions
- Assist with mobility transfers, positioning, and fall prevention protocols
- Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency situations during overnight hours
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans and shift transition reports
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and infection control standards
- Support residents with dementia and complex care needs through specialized nighttime routines
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or geriatric settings
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

- Clear criminal background check and TB test results
