Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning using proper techniques
- Monitor and document vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Support mealtime assistance and nutritional needs
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Communicate patient observations to nursing staff
- Follow infection control protocols strictly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to obtain Wisconsin CNA certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license preferred
