Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Transport patients safely between rooms and departments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must obtain NY State CNA certification within 90 days of hire
