Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient observations
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Transport patients safely between departments using proper techniques
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
- Support patient emotional and comfort needs
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
