Responsibilities
- Provide essential personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and patient positioning
- Support meal services and maintain patient hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas CNA certification or willingness to obtain through our training program
- Basic computer literacy for documentation tasks
- Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Clear criminal background check and negative drug screen
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
