Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs and monitor patient health status
- Provide mobility assistance and position patients comfortably
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Support nurses with clinical tasks under supervision
- Ensure a clean, safe, and dignified patient environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be willing to obtain CNA certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
