Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report patient observations to nursing staff
- Support meal service and ensure patient nutritional needs are met
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and equipment

Qualifications
