Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.

  • Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent bedsores and ensure comfort.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be willing to obtain CNA certification through our training program if not already certified.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy for charting and documentation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional, but preferred for facility travel).
