Responsibilities
- Personal Care Assistance: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Mobility Support: Safely assist patients with walking, transferring, and ambulation using proper body mechanics.
- Emotional & Social Support: Build rapport with patients, providing companionship and emotional support to improve their quality of life.
- Care Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care activities and health observations.
- Environment Maintenance: Help keep patient rooms and common areas clean, safe, and organized.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior nursing experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- License: Must possess a current CNA license or be willing to obtain one.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor.
