Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking using proper body mechanics.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse immediately.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and patient needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License is required.
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Previous experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to complete our 4-week training program.
