Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility as needed.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record patient blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
- Patient Hygiene & Comfort: Ensure residents maintain a clean, comfortable, and dignified environment at all times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with facility protocols.
- Communication: Effectively communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physicians.
- Meal Assistance: Help residents with feeding and ensure dietary restrictions are followed.
- Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of a state-approved CNA training program is preferred but not mandatory for our training program.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We are looking for candidates willing to learn and grow.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as necessary.
- Compassion: Genuine passion for helping others and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
