Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, reporting any abnormalities to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Move and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior healthcare experience required; we provide training.
- Strong compassion for helping others and a patient-centered mindset.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
