Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and document patient vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding while respecting dietary restrictions
- Administer prescribed treatments under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments following infection control protocols
- Transport patients safely within facility and to appointments
- Deliver emotional support and companionship to enhance patient wellbeing
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in electronic health record documentation
- Passionate about geriatric and vulnerable populations
- Must clear background check and pre-employment screening
