Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor vital signs and document resident conditions accurately in medical records
- Assist residents with mobility transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises
- Support nutritional needs by serving meals and assisting with feeding as needed
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or assisted living
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with strong documentation abilities

- Must pass background check and drug screening
