Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or clinical experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
