Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress via our remote EHR system
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision

- Provide emotional support to patients and families during virtual consultations

Qualifications
- Active Louisiana CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
