Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status accurately.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a valid CNA license (or be willing to obtain one through our training program).
- Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented personality.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as required.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
