Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Provide basic patient hygiene and comfort measures.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Transport patients to treatment areas or activities.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- CNA Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.
