Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Document care accurately and maintain resident medical records
- Transport residents safely within the facility and to appointments
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in senior care or assisted living
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation with valid Florida driver's license
