Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs, health observations, and resident care needs
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Facilitate engaging social activities and companionship for residents
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
- Respond promptly to resident requests and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and compassion for seniors
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Availability for rotating weekends and holidays
