Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Accurately document patient observations and vital signs in electronic health records
- Collaborate with RNs to implement personalized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe patient environment per infection control protocols
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Support patients with emotional needs and family communication
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required (or willing to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Passionate about patient-centered care and teamwork
