Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health status by observing, symptom, and condition changes.
- Report changes in patient conditions to RN or Supervisor immediately.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Turn, reposition, and transfer patients as necessary to prevent bedsores.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA Certification (State Licensure required).
- CPR/BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) is required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
