Responsibilities
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.

Qualifications
• Current and valid CNA certification (State of Arizona).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed.
• Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
