Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Accurate vital signs monitoring and health documentation
- Mobility support and safe patient transfer techniques
- Medication administration under RN supervision
- Collaborative team communication during shift changes
- Maintaining clean, sanitized patient environments
- Responding promptly to patient call systems
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
