Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with patient care plans.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Arizona CNA license required.
- Previous experience in a long-term care, hospital, or home health setting preferred.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting and transferring patients.
