Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirations.
- Assist registered nurses with procedures, wound care, and patient mobility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment to prevent infections.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA License in the state of Massachusetts.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS preferred.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
